Self-Sponsorship refers to an application to come to the UK sponsored by your own business, without requiring any UK Sponsor. This leads to permanent residency and citizenship and permanent residency for yourself and your family.

Requirements:

  • Your investment needs are not bound by the minimum amount or maximum. It is dependent on your specific business requirements and may vary from 25,000 or any number more. and must demonstrate the funds Before the Sponsor License is submitted to the Home Office.
  • You need to hire someone settled or from the United Kingdom to relieve the author of the Authorization Officer’s responsibilities.
  • You should be qualified to sit and pass an approved English-language exam at Level B1.
  • You are qualified for a self-sponsorship program with any type of business.
  • You can have 100% shares and you can be the Director.

As Skilled Worker:

Application Process

Step1: Establish a British business and apply for a Sponsorship License- Timeline: 6 to 12 weeks.

  • Note: If you are a non-UK resident, you may be required to select and appoint a UK-based director to begin with.
  • To apply for sponsorship License:
  • Your company will be required to deliver at least 4 below documents:
  • Employer’s Liability Insurance
  • VAT certificate
  • PAYE and Accounts Reference Number
  • Most recent UK bank statement, showing funds in account (depending on the type of business you are planning to run)

Step2: Timeline: 2 days

  • Provide your company with a Human Resources package: When you’re applying for your sponsor license, your company must have the appropriate policies and practices to sponsor you as a skilled worker.

Step3: Timeline: 4 to 12 weeks

  • Be assigned a Certificate of Sponsorship, and we assist with a Skilled Worker Visa application.

Upon the approval of your UK Sponsor license, you will need a Defined Certificate of Sponsorship.
